I was actually the Set and Lighting Designer for this show, performed at Jubilee Theater in downtown Fort Worth. My concept was not to use the art work they talked about in the show, but to show the space without it. The use of warm wood tones gives the stage a feeling of warmth, much like the way these characters feel about the art they are discussing. I chose to not show the actual art, to let the audience imagine it, and in turn they can imagine a world without it.
